About this site
machflow.io is the website of Machflow, a software studio based in Nazareth, Israel. It presents our work and services and lets you get in touch. It is not a store, and nothing on it is an offer to sell a product or service.
Using the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes — to learn about us and to contact us. You agree not to misuse it: do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site, scrape it at scale, or use it in any way that could harm the site, us, or others.
Contacting us
Sending the contact form or messaging us starts a conversation — it does not create a contract or oblige either of us to anything. Any project we take on is agreed separately, in writing.
Intellectual property
The site's design, code, text, graphics, the Machflow name, and our logo are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or reuse them without our written permission.
Client work and concepts
Projects shown as client work are displayed with the clients' permission and remain their property. Items labelled "concept" or "exploration" are studio demonstrations, not client deliverables, and any brand names shown in them are illustrative.
Links to other services
The site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and client websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information on it is complete, accurate, or current at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Machflow is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss or damage arising from your use of — or inability to use — the site.

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and any dispute relating to them or to the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Israel.
